Over the course of my career, I’ve gained extensive international leadership experience at C-level in the pharmaceutical industry and acquired in-depth knowledge of European healthcare systems. My expertise spans numerous market segments, encompassing both primary care and specialty therapeutics. Furthermore, I have proven skills in strategic planning, innovation, and digital transformation – with a particular focus on digital health solutions and AI-powered data utilization.
During my more than twenty-year career at Novartis Pharma AG, I’ve held key leadership positions, successfully led teams of over 1,200 employees, and been responsible for budgets of more than €1.4 billion. During this time, I successfully implemented several new product launches, achieved sustainable financial results, and oversaw continuous growth in challenging markets. I have always been particularly passionate about the individual development of employees – including in my role as Diversity and Inclusion Officer. People are at the center of everything I do.
Since 2024, as founder and managing director of Zentaro Consulting GmbH, I’ve been leading strategic consulting projects with a focus on market entry, product launches, commercial strategies, and organizational transformations in the pharmaceutical sector. I also support executives and professionals in their career planning and personal development.
In addition to my professional activities, I volunteer as a consultant for healthcare startups in Basel and support people going through career transitions. I hold degrees in pharmaceutical technology from the University of Freiburg and in pharmacy from the University of Athens.
